So i almost cancelled my plan 2 weeks ago because my phone was lost and what not. so they were like no stay we will give you better plan then anyone else
so i was promised
650 anytime minutes
3000 off peak minutes
500 mobile to mobile minutes
free long distance
and a whole bunch of other sh1t.
Today i check my plan and i have
650 minutes anytime
2000 off peak
NO mobile to mobile
free long distance
So these bastards robbed me of 1500 minutes
I call them, and i'm all nice and stuff, so i'm like well there must have been some mistake.
And the lady was like oh no no mistake. you agreed to this.
I say like hell i did i agreed to what i stated before, and she is like no no, i'm like let me speak to the manager.
That cretin picks up, and he says: Sir i understand we have a problem, i say yes you do. I explain the situation again, he interupts me in the middle of the sentance and says sir, you are wrong you agreed to what we gave you. I say no, he interupts me and says you signed a one year contract.
I say do you have my signiture, he says we have notes that you agreed to the contract, i'm like do you have a recording of me agreeing to the contract. He says no, i'm like then this verbal contract is null and void. He says no. I say ok who wrote those notes... he interupts i lost it, i scream at him not to interupt me, then i say who wrote these notes he says a sprint pcs employee, i tell him to connect me to her, he says i can not she is in a different call center. I'm like ok one person writes these notes if she tells me 3500 and writes 2000 and i agree to it, i agree to what she is telling me and not writing down. He says sir you don't understand our notes...... etc
i am sooo furious right now,
This contract is null and void, i can cancell it at any time right
or am i missing something

Create you own notes. Then call back and tell them that their notes don't agree with your notes.

thank you

Great advice. Trust me, I worked customer service before and when we got angry customers like you, most of the people tried to BS you. Not me of course, cause I never f'd stuff up ;) But seriosly, if you write down who you talked to, what day and all that good stuff, it helps so much.

Contact the Better Buisness Bureu. Fraud is a crime. Get the recording of the conversation.
Record any further conversations you have with Sprint, make sure you tell them "You are aware that this conversation is being recorded", make sure they verbaly affirm that they are aware that it is being recorded.
They probably try to do this to everyone that they can. Hmmm... maybe I should check my plan...

If they don't have your signature on the agreement, I don't think they have much of a leg to stand on. They are probably banking on you not wanting to take up the hassle to fight them on it.
One thing that might be a problem for you is if you still had contract time to complete on the phone that you lost. This could put you in a bit of a bind by having an obligation to Sprint (or a termination cost).
I would say keep fighting. Ask to speak to managers, ask for addresses for submitting complaint letters, get names of everyone you talk to, and include their names in any complaint letters you send in. Also, since this is a telephone industry, there might be some governmental agency that would be regulating them that you could complain to (I know this is true for long distance companies).
The managers you speak to are usually just "Floor Managers" for certain teams. They are just bums who direct the calls to people and really aren't very knowledgeable about what goes on most of the time. They're mostly there for when people have a problem and ask to speak to a manager, you speak to them. Sometimes, you don't even really speak to a manager. Senior CSRs are allowed to take Manger Calls sometimes. I am not sure how you would get in contact with someone above them. Probably writing a formal notice of some sort because people higher up on the mangement level aren't usually present on the floor.

1) Call the BBB. Find out your rights.
2) File a complaint against Sprint PCS.
3) Ask the BBB what you can do.
4) Follow their advice.
When dealing with a large company the best thing to do is make them fear you. They will never respect you, so teach them fear.

From http://www.fcc.gov/marketsense/#complaint
To File a Complaint
For additional information about telephone advertising or service plans, please call the FCC's toll-free number 1-888-CALL-FCC (1-888-225-5322) (voice): 1-888-835-5322( TTY). You can also write the Consumer Information Bureau, Federal Communications Commission, 445 12th Street, S.W., Washington, D.C.20554. Information is additionally available through the internet at www.fcc.gov.
You can file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission by contacting their Consumer Response Center by phone: toll-free 1-877-FTC-HELP (1-877-382-4357) (voice); 202-326-2502 (TTY); by mail: Consumer Response Center, Federal Trade Commission, 600 Pennsylvania Ave, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20580; or through the Internet using the online complaint form. I would also forward to Sprint copies of any complaints you file with the FCC.

Why don't you call and ask to speak to a supervisor, and if the supervisor doesn't help ask to speak to his supervisor. Keep goin up the chain of command until you reach someone who can help you. Also, if you get the right CSR, they'll do what you want after you ask to talk to a supervisor. Especially @ staples.
Ok, I just spoke to my sister, who is a semi-high up gal at Sprint. She told me that she has never heard of them canceling your service if you have agreed to the one year plan. She told me your best bet would be to call back and speak to a supervisor and explain the situation. They MAY switch you to the plan you thought you were getting. She also said that you can write them a letter, or check on the website and send an email.
Keep in mind though, that the people who answer the phone are just young college kids, and if you go in with a friendly attitude, you will get farther faster. Good luck!

now only if staples offered cellphone service... but they don't !! in any case sprint puts these friggin notes on the account where if you speak to somone they record it so if you call with the same problem they already know what the hell it is you want...it happened to me previously

I know they are young and didn't do anything wrong and aren't really bad people, that is everyone axcept people at MCI i hate them so much, in any case guess what, just checked m plan online, and they said that they can not physically give me 3000 minutes, so i check online and guess what i see
OFF-PEAK OPTION 1000
MINUTES IN PLAN 500
MINUTES IN PLAN 150
OFF-PEAK OPTION 2000
according to my extensive colculations ;) 1000+2000 = 3000 and 500 + 150 = 650.... Now why the hell are they screwing with my head?

it depends if you are still under a contract then no they won't give you anything, also depends on how long you've been with them...
if you aren't under a contract call them and sound uneasy about your decision to cancell say you were thinking of switching to a different provider... make stuff up, also if you want a new phone say you lost this one they will offer you a referbished phone when you say no, they will offer you money towards the purchase of a new one
good luck
