Is that even legal in the US? Having cigs sent from Switzerland doesn't seem legal at all. It's kind of like truck drivers buying a 20 cases of cigs from mexico and driving it back here. I know that's illegal.

They are selling what are considered "Gray Market" cigarettes. Some of the stores in San Jose do this. They sell cigarettes specifically packaged and created for export. Around here all they do is export the stuff out to international waters and then import them back into the country for less than it'd cost to buy cigarettes legal in this country.

Phillip Morris is presently going after many retailers of gray market cigarettes, but since this joint is in Switzerland, I don't think they could touch 'em.

Just a side note, Marlboro Red's marked for export don't taste exactly the same, they're a tad off of the US style.
