SB Live Problems

Ive got a SB Live and have the internal dock...the problem is that i cant get any sound out of the SB to the TV...im using the "SPDIF OUT" with rca jack to the TV but nothing ...I have enabled the SPDIF bypass as suggested in the FAQ's section of the SB website but nothing yet ....any suggestions?? and yes I did check if the rca jack was going into the "in" of the audio section to the back of the VCR!...my TV doesnt have rca jacks...

Well unless if your tv decodes digital audio. . . its not gonna work I think. To utilize the spdf format you need a receiver that supports it. You'll probably have better luck by getting a mini mic to rca cord and use that to connect the card to the tv.
