my motherboard manuel doesn't say how to clear the cmos. does anyone have an epox 8kha+ board that can tell me how to clear the CMOS? I know you are supposed to fool around with some jumper but not sure if i do this with the computer off or on and for how long. thanks.

Turn your computer off, unplug the cable from the wall. Find the jumper and place it on the "clear" position". Leave it there for about 5 seconds and then replace it to it's prior position. Plug everything back in and you're set.

Just for future reference. Don't ever touch any internal components on a computer while it is still plugged in--this is for your safety as well as the life of your components.
