It didn't work for me the way it was described on the deals page... the amount of the items doesn't add up.
Anyway, you can add the "Cyber Acoustics 2-Piece Speaker System" which is $9.00 with a $9.00 rebate instead of the "Lapel Microphone" (you can't do both). This gets you $4.00 closer to the $100.00 required. I then added some envelopes to get the last $2.03 needed.
There might be some way to get the number to add up with what Leon posted, but it didn't work for me...
