I'm not a regular here but I do know NYC. This is fourth of July weekend and the place is pumping. Try priceline but understand that this is a very busy weekend.

Ugly is in California. Living it up one last time before he starts work with Anderson. =)
As for your question about NYC this weekend, yeah, it should be pretty busy and crowded. It always is, anyway. Plenty of tourists. And with the 4th festivities and the Macy's 4th of July fireworks, forget about it. There are really no cheap hotels ($100 or less per night) in Manhattan that I would want to stay in. =) Good luck and let us know what you turn up!

Every weekend is busy in NYC. I was looking for a vacant hotel in downtown Manhattan 2 weeks ago, and it was tough. I was lucky to find room at the Mariott Financial Trade Center for more than $300 a night.
