NOT MY COMPUTER!!Please hold the snide comments!!
O.k. don't hold them.
One of my co-workers has a Presario 7585 (NO, I didn't ask him what cpu it has, but I think its a celery ---oh, sorry, celeron. It's running the 810 chipset and he is really having problems playing sims and games. He has finally accepted that he needs to upgrade the video.
I have NOT had a chance to actually open the case and see if he has an AGP slot on the board, nor is there any info available on compaq's web site.
So here is my question: How to disable the onboard video (BIOS,jumper, both)? And does anyone out there know if the damn thing has an AGP slot? He really would like to put in a really good card, but I know he'll be stunned with even a light-weight PCI card after his experience with the 810 chipset
