I have a related question: all of these rebates would assumingly require an "original receipt" from officemax.
Would officemax send multiple packing slips or is there some other way around it?
Thanks.

Officemax usually provides two copies of the packing slip, one pink, one yellow. They are the carbonless copy type, and both are typically mostly illegible. I have often worried about manufacturers denying rebates for this reason, but so far, so good.

Almost every rebate I have seen lately requires original proof of purchase (upc code, etc.) and a copy of the receipt. If there are double rebates from an item (I recently had a Best Buy rebate with two), one of the rebates has to allow a copy of the upc code or use a different part of the package as proof of purpose.
