A Jamestown mother is facing assault and child endangerment charges after she was accused of committing a heinous act against her three-year-old son.

Police say 22-year-old Danielle Monroe seriously injured the toddler after placing a jumper cable clamp on his genitals.

Officers say Monroe waited three hours before getting her son medical attention. The little boy is expected to be ok.

In all honesty... THIS DOESNT SURPRISE ME!!!!

If any of you have been in Jamestown you know what im talking about!

Jamestown also happens to be the town where that black guy infected 20+ girls with aids on purpose about 5-8 years ago.
