how to get refund from shopss.com?

Hi all,
Earlier shopss.com offered free PIII pc for new membership sign-up and I did. But later it emailed me saying that due to PIII processor shortage, I can either continue to wait or cancel membership and get the membership fee (about $237 a year)back. I decided to cancel the membership by replying through email & phone, but I didn't receive any response. I was trying to go to shopss.com and it appears to no longer exists.

Therefore, my question is if there is any other way I can possibly get my money back? or where I can file complaint against shopss.com ?

yeah, i never thought i would say this, but your best source for info would be the 5.5 million threads on this subject over at anandcrap. but, truthfully, i don't think any of them are getting anywhere. i would recommend a dispute with your credit card company right away.
