Zip 100's. Today's price $44.00, but you might keep them even cheaper if you place an order agent.

Word of warning. These require a scsi card/cable and they are not necessarily included.

I have done it with the first thread about this zip drive from this company, and its been over 2 weeks now, and they havent sent me anything on how to pay, even though i had recieved an email for my confirmation order, but i havent even got a chance to give them my CC... so, i dont think those resellers are going to sell it if the price is not what they want...

I'm sorry that you seemed to have a problem getting ahold of the seller. I had no problem whatsoever. In fact, I was able to pick them up last time at a great price!!! Maybe you should try calling him directly. That's what I did.
I'm sure onedayfree can help you, they're really nice.

Onedayfree SUCKS. I won two 18 gig SCSI LVD Quantum HDs for a total of 395.00. I got the confirmation email, but never was contacted by the vendor. I called the vendor next day and was REFUSED the purchase because I didn't have a reseller number(even thought there was NO mention of this on the site or on the specific listing.) What a bunch of baloney.

I guess it was the seller...but still. It seems the sellers seem unclear about their obligation to sell or not, and with the name ONEDAYFREE I would expect them to honor their price. Otherwise there is no point going to a site and wasting my time bidding on this stuff.

Renot, is it onedayfree that sucks, or the seller? What does onedayfree have to do with it? They're just the middleman. Did you rate the seller? They have a great rating system. If the seller sucks so much, you should go back to the site and give them a bad rating.

3314, I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that you have some connection with this company. Not that most people aren't touting "order agents," mind you...

I would agree that yes while the seller sucks, there should be a device in place to make the seller honor their prices otherwise what's the point... a big waste of time if you ask me. These zip drives have been seen for $37.50 without dealing with a seller that won't honor their prices.

How about some seller names?

Dm0, what are you talking about? Seller names for where we have seen zip drives for $37 or seller names that TGBYR had trouble with getting the seller to send the goods? If you are want the seller names for who has them for $36-$40 use pricewatch or better yet use the search function of gotapex forums and search previous threads. that works best and too many people forget to check there first.

Zip 100 IDEs are $34 at www.teamexcess.com (http://www.teamexcess.com) and shipping is something like $6. I picked up a pair of them for a little over $70. That's the best deal I have seen.

Dmoney, you are correct. I do have a friend that works for onedayfree. Renot, I spoke with her about this seller, that blew you off. It doesn't look like onedayfree will be using them anymore. If you would like to contact her regarding this matter, you can do so @ [email protected] Who knows you may get a free T-shirt or something.

I paid $28 for the SCSI Zip drive about two weeks ago, the seller didn't contact me, either. So I "bugged" both onedayfree and the seller (I got both of their e-mail addresses http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/wink.gif ), until they contacted me. Sometimes you need to be proactive if you want a good deal, anyone who goes go Fry's must agree with me. http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/wink.gif
It's not one day free, it's the seller, track him down and demand!
