What are your ides for the best possible PCI video card solution for around 75. Above that price I found a Geforce 3 ti200 for 219 but thats just too much. Is a geforce 2 my only hope?

gf3 ti200's are like less that $150... unless you're that one guy in canada or something.

The AGP ones are like $150 but the PCI ones are much more expensive. I am not in canada, i live in Philidelphia and Miami (not at the same time of course).

if you can find drivers for it and don't plan on using Xp try a 3dfx card...probably really cheap.
I have a PNY 16mb jobbie that ran $50. Works fine.

As far as an AGP, I bought myself the Gainward Geforce 4 Ti 4600. I ordered it March 4th, I called today and they said it just shipped, my credit card hasnt been charged and they didnt want to give me a tracking number, shady, but as long as I get it.
