Upload your picture to your website. If you don't have a website go to http://www.homestead.com to get a website.

Use vB code (http://www.gotapex.com/forums/misc.php?s=&action=bbcode) image tags to link the picture.

example: {img}http://www.gotapex.com/forums/images/vBulletin_logo.gif{/img}

replace { with [ and replace } with ]
