View Full Version : Vanity re: my new jeans
Six weeks ago I bought a pair of Old Navy jeans with a waist two inches less than the ones I had on at the time. I was going to challenge myself to fit into them. Welp, as of this morning they fit! And not just the abittoosnugtowearthewholeday kinda fit either. Nope, they really fit.
I'm feeling better (except for the whole dark, depressed SOB thing, but nm...), eating better, sleeping better, etc.
So THIS is what good health feels like.. ;)
Anyway, just though I'd share. Carry on.

gj oc! wtg!
i'm almost at that point where i'm going to have to stop eating so much fat to keep fitting into my pants.....but as long as i can keep it under control, i'm ok :)
anyway, keep up the good work. or the good size. or something :D
It was pretty to accomplish actually - just took time. Cutting out the bad snacks like potato chips and replacing them with better stuff like apples or bananas, walking for 15 minutes at lunch, reduced portion sizes a little - minor stuff really. It adds up. I've done about a little over a pound a week for the last two months.
