No she really couldn't! The meter had 24 minutes more on it, my car was beautfully parked, i come out, and there is a ticket for an expired inspection. It expired yesterday apparently. But that person couldn't just look at the meter and say : "Ok he has time on there let me just go my way" no she had to still stop and check my stickers. Although i think it will be alright because that ticket for $55 is for an Expired Registration and Expired Inspection... my registration expires next year, but i think if the ticket is improperly filled out, then it becomes void
I hereby reserve immunity from the type-o squad
i gotta axe http://community.theunderdogs.org/smiley/armed/dark2.gif ...what's an inspired inspection?

inspection is when they check your car if the emission is proper

oye, here in NY it's a yearly pain in the arse. They check brakes, steering, mirrors, lights, tires... pretty much everything.

here in CA we get checked every 2 yrs...at the time of registration. which of course is why i was confused. you can't have valid reg without the inspection.

Illinois has been doing this (at least, in areas with higher population density) for many years now. It used to be every year, but now it's every other year. They used to test the car at idle and higher rpm (like 2500 or so), but now they actually run the cars on a dynamometer.
