I tried to find out where this rebate form comes from (I have been trying to find one of this for a long time)

End up.... at CompUSA (if I did it correctly)

So.. I searched for the samsung 753DF... and read the rebate details that they provided and CompUSA said that this rebate is good for purchasing from CompUSA only.....

I read the rebate form... it doesn't say anything that you have to buy the monitor from CompUSA....

I just bought Samsung 753DF from DELL.com
I don't know if I should take a chance to send this rebate (I have to cut the monitor box to get UPC code)

Can anyone help me find out about this?
It would be nice to get some money back...

why does the reabte form show images of:
753DF
955DF
570v
760v

but has text check boxes for

753DF
955DF
760v
170MP?

so which one is it, 570v or 170MP?

the 170 might be a good buy, but i want to knowif i can apply this discount to it.
