Stepped out for about an hour, left my computers on. When I get back, notice one has reset, and the other one is off. Try turning on that system, nothing. Only had it on a lil power strip/surge protector. Didn't have a UPS on those systems. Now its gone gone gone.. :bawl: Hopefully its just the power supply =/

Anyone know if computers are covered under home-owners insurance? And if I do in fact claim it, do they send me a check, take my old system away, etc.?

My renter's insurance covers our computers...

Definitely call and ask.

It depends - some cover them, some require a rider to cover them. Give them a call...

Yup, I've already begun shopping for one. Looking at some of those APC ones.. though there is a huge selection.
