I am not sure how difficult an English sign language class is, but I bet one for an African Click language would be hard.

depends I guess on the version. There are two from what I understand. There are all kinds of "slang" in sign language, too. My cousin teaches me bits and pieces when I get around her :)

She teaches in IL LD and special education classes and most of her students require sign to communicate.

I have thought about taking formal classes. Where are you going through?

I am having private lessons with the Director of Special education services from the local School district here in town-he is a friend of mine-and he majored in Sign Language(and special ed)-and yes he also told me about the various types of signing-tonight we were concentrating on ASL but he also covered a bit of Pidgeon sign,Signed English and a few other types(slangy stuff)..he used to teach at the School for the Deaf in Rochester. There were 4 of us there tonight for the lesson. OMG I can count to twelve!
