View Full Version : Suckage! Cable outages!...

...and I was so happy with my Cox Cable service - had a 12 hour outage today...NO INTERNET for 12 hours.
And when I called tech support, before they knew of the outage, they had me do IP config checks and advised me to reinstall my drivers. I reinstalled my drivers like 6 times today... graa!

I was happy with TimeWarner too. I was having intermittent connection problems for 2 weeks. They finally decided the modem was at fault. They had a technician come out and replace it. Works beautifully now.

Why in the world do you think I got dsl? My cable SUCKED! And it was RoadRunner, which is Cox... I have not had one single complaint. Speed, downtime, or anything. :D

Well, overall I've been pretty happy with them and my speeds have been awesome. This was the first time with a prob, and I was dissapointed to see how long it took them to fix it. I can't get DSL here so I don't have a choice.
/me hugs cable modem...
hehe they pitch everyone on DSL here.. so the cable speeds rock :D
