Sorry if this isn't the right forum, but I know people who use MyPoints read it often.

Anyway, does anyone know another way to get in contact with their member support other than [email protected]? I have $50 worth of points but it tells me my account is disabled when I try to reedem them, even though I can still earn points. It's been since May that I've been sending them e-mail and they still haven't fixed it. Sometimes they won't even reply. Talk about annoying...

I had the same problem, but two emails took care of it. (each email i sent it took them 1-2 wks to reply to)

I had this problem and after I month of emailing them I just cancelled the account and made another one.. I had about 3000 points which sucks..

Thanks for posting the toll free phone number!!!

My points has been giving me problems lately also..They still owe me some gift certificates from early April for Target... They also owe me a $10 Chili's Certificate from around May. I've sent a lot of emails with no responses.
