Reel.com is screwing me over, I NEED HELP

here is the deal. ive been playing reel.com's trivia challenge for a while, and am up to 9.25$ friday is the last day to cash out for the gift certs. only problem is, you can only cash out in 10$ denominations!!

so with 1 day left, i cant get up to 10$ for the cert. i tried to invite people, but the register link only loops you back to the homepage!!

I NEED HELP!!! i want to get my cert, but i am just short of it.

CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH THIS PERDICAMENT!?

I would suggest going to buy.com CS and telling them the problem since they now handle reel.com. As you can probably gather, buy.com has GREAT customer service

this really sucks, 75 cents is costing me 10$

any philanthropists out there want to finance a poor college student who is getting screwed over?

well, i just spent 30min with a buy.com phone lady. she told me over and over i can cash my existing gift certs with her, but never answered my question.

finally, she told me that buy is not handling the reel trivia gift certs til sometime in july, so i have to call reel for this problem. reel sucks with their customer service from what ive experienced.

why cant this be like flooz, someone could send me 75 cents!!!

the dvd offer still stands. if someone can get me to the 10$ goal, they will get a FREE DVD MOVIE from me!!

remember, this needs to be done by friday, and i wont be at a computer at night then(argh). so friday morning is the limit really!

i wonder if i could mail reel.com 3 quarters and settle this?

its not so much the 9.25$, its that ive already earned 10$ worth, but havent gotten the credit. through referals and correct answers, im up to 10$, but it hasnt kicked in.

Are we getting off topic here? I know about Reel.com's service. They screwed me over before when I tried to order a DVD without any deals or rebates. If I were you, keep as far away from them as possible!

reel.com doesn't handle their reeltrivia game accounts. you'll have to contact [email protected] for answers. don't know how much THEY can help though. wish you the best in trying to get your $0.75.

well, i can no longer cash out reel bucks, so i ended up short by about 58 cents.

i can still get a dvd out of this thanks to buy.com, but i need to find someone who is a new customer.

unless, are there any current coupons for 10 of 30 for registered customers?
