About two minutes ago-we had a power surge-now we are in the middle of a white out and it is thundering like crazy. This weather is too much for me. For anyone south of Binghamton-you guys should be getting this wierd weather by later tonight-enjoy-with my compliments.

Crazy around here, too. Yesterday I wore my spring jacket. Today it was the winter one.

my version of the Carls Jr. commercial:

"shorts, t-shirt, and flip flops. don't bother me, i'm in California"

it's been beautiful here (as usual). it gets a little chilly at night, but during the day it's been nice and warm. yeasterday was even warmer than today, but it's still beautiful here. :D

hehe i have a chance to mention that to my brother in Michigan everytime i talk to him :D

hey hapoo, where does your bro live?

we had CRAZY weather here last night. after work, we did happy hour, then i left downtown detroit at around 6:30. everything was fine...it was cold and a bit windy, but that was it. suddenly, as i was merging from the lodge onto 96, i hit a freaking blizzard. the snow was just crazy and it was blowing all over. but after driving 10 miles or so, it was done.

there was spotty snow elsewhere in the detroit area as well. but i guess the snow squalls caused some pretty icy roads and there was actually a bad accident on 96 that i must have just missed.

the totall snowfall was minimal though....maybe 1/4 inch by this morning.

A white out is a sudden burst of falling and blustering snow that limits your vision to about 10 feet in front of your face. Forget about driving in a whiteout-you'll end up dead!
