Posting my first deal after benefitting from many deals here.
There is a $75 Mail-in Rebate from staples on ANY Wireless Phone (exp 4/30/02) and a $50 Sprint Mail-in Rebate when you sign up for a Spring plan by 4/15. The TP1100 phone costs $129.99. That means it's $4.99, and in fact when I went to the store there is a sign blatantly stating that the phone costs $4.99. So that's all good, but you can also use the $30 off $150 by adding about $15 worth of anything at the store. Think of it as a "free gift."
So if you are looking for a new phone, willing to go Sprint, and can get to a B&M, you're set!
Here is a link to the $30 off $150 email, which can be used In-Store.

Here's a look at the phone: (again, you can buy from staples... but it's 3rd party and you can't use the coupon)

Please note, the only reason you cannot do this deal online is because staples.com uses a 3rd party vendor for cellphone sales, and I could not find ANY coupon system in their cart program.
You could still get the phone for 4.99 online, but you cannot get the "free gift" with the 30/150.
So the best deal is B&M.
Here's what I bought:
LG TP1100 Phone $129.95
handsfree Set $12.99
Sprint All Rate Plan $0.01
Subtotal: $142.95
staples Coupone 65062: -$30 (i don't know how she let me when my total was under 150)
Tax $9.32
Grand Total: $122.27
Rebates -$125
Total to me: $2.73 Profit.
