picked it up! very happy with the mobo and chip, BUTTTT
those bastard at frys said the chip was OEM instead of Retail(no heatsink/fan and no damn "powered by intel" sticker :P ). They called it a "misprint." I'm not sure bout the OEM warrantee either. The cheapest fan they had for the P4 was a $15 volcano but they were trying to steer me into the $30+ one, saying it was much quieter.
I'm contacting the BBB and i have my lawyer sending a letter out to Fry's. I want my chip replaced or im suing for wasting my time and distress. Its the principle, getting my hopes up and making me drive 20+minutes. Do I need the actuall ad or will my printout of the www.myoc.com frys section work? I'll check with my Lawyer, I'm pretty sure they have to honour the ad.

ps:I also got the 512 DDRam for $109, so far it works well, havent tweaked anything but i feel pretty confident that the system will be fine. Including minor items it came out to just over 3 bills. Now for some new HDs.
