OC P2 350? NEWBIE..is it possible????

Hey all you awesome hardware hackers....I got's a question. I have never done this overclocking stuff. I did a search on the forum but didn't find an answer.

I have a sony vaio pcv302ds...It came with a p2 350. Is it possible to overclock this chip. If so what kind of speeds am I looking at. I have no idea how to do it so feel free to be more verbose. Thanks for your help

Your motherboard is probably locked to that speed so a simple overclock isnt possible, but i am not the OC master around here, so maybe someone else would know more. However I do know a decent amount about OC and in my best opinion you probably cant OC it.
