cheap computer

im looking to build a really cheap, but fairly decent computer. i dont need monitor, cd-rw, network card, or floppy drive. i want to spend $300 at most if possible. thanx

accessmicro, googlegear, and tigerdirect (www.x.com) all have premade "barebones" systems that usually include a case, mobo, and cpu. You can prolly get a decent PIII or low-end PIV for that handful of cash.

If I were you...get a better system and save up for a video card later. The Radeon 8500 and GeForce3(4) are great cards that can be had for about $150 now, and under $100 this summer.
