Those of you still waiting to get Kings Quest 1 from the official download site can get it from my mirror. The official site is slow because slashdot featured them a couple days ago. All I ask is dont post this link on other forums because I dont want the bandwidth on this to get out of control.

Also this file will only be available for a day or two so get it while you can.

Basically someone recompilled it and made an XP 2k friendly installer

Bad ass, one of the best series ever! Sierra needs to remake another one of those great series games. Kings Quest, Space Quest, Leisure Suit Larry...goes on and on.

Damm that's old school! I remember having that sucker on 5 1/4 floppy and becoming all giddy like when they released a version on cd-om. :D :bigmouth:

I was a serious fan of LSL - my wife and I had a lot of fun playing the last few together. LSL7 was hilarious!
