i just got a new laptop this week, but i have a few extremely important emails in outlook from my old laptop. i was wondering if there is a way for me to transfer all of my emails in outlook to my new laptop, which i will have a completely new outlook installed in it w/o any information whatsoever. i remember a friend telling me a while back that all i need to do is copy certain files over and place them into the same directory, but i forgot which ones/where they're located. oh, and i'm using win xp and office xp, if that makes any difference.
if you know, please let me know exactly which files, directories, and even if there's a particular order of doing things (like copying the files over before opening the new outlook or whatever) sorry about being so meticulous, but it's absolutely vital that everything is kept perfectly because there's a lot of important information that i need. oh, and thanks in advance :)
