I am going to an egg hunt today with Josh, then taking him & his friend from school to see Ice Age tonight. Saturday, there is a swimming party for a girl in Josh's class. Then Sunday, we're going to go to my in-law's house for dinner. It should be fun. :)

Hopefully getting out of work early today, going to see Sorority Boys tonight.

Tomorrow is a 10 mile training walk (you can see why here (http://www.gotapex.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=39134)), and then writing lots and lots of thank you notes.

Sunday is a big ole family dinner, and I'll be walking at least 6 miles at some point during the day.

sunday, i'm going to my GF's grandma's house w/ her family.

saturday, i have a going-away party for the pastor of my old church and just found out that there's a going-away party for the boyfriend of my GF's sister, who is headed off to the army. he also happens to be my next-door neighbor growing up (still lives next to my parents).

so i guess it's going to be a farewell sort of weekend for me.

this easter is gonna suck for me. i 'm working 18 hours, 6am-midnight. hopefully good Friday service will be cool tonight. i'm looking forward to it cuz it's gonna be my "easter" service too.

one of my sisters is comin in from cali to visit tomorrow. then the wifes family is comin over for a big easter feast.


i get to cook all weekend. w0000000000t!!!!!!

sending evilgremlin off with poopforbrains, to visit his family (who suddenly decided that they had to celebrate easter too when they found out my family did :rolleyes: )

then we gonna do some house hunting. found a realtor who's pretty impressive and is willing to take us to see some places on easter sunday.

gotta go see a movie saturday... play some music and have dinner at nodamnedsense's (mmm... cornbread and greens...) and bottle a coupla batches o beer...

never gonna get it all done, of course...

Have an appt at 11:30 with a military lawyer over Donnie's stripe that got taken (just tell us we will get our benefits and we can get out! PLEASE! I am so tired of being yanked around by the commander at this base!)

Then we leave for Cali -- Dinner at 7 in SB at the brewery :lick: :drool:

Pick up the kids from their dad's in Santa Maria -- eat at Orcutt Burger (if you ever drive through there, eat there! Great deli type small place where you can order a grilled ham and cheese over an inch thick!)

Then home again to dye eggs with the kids and then Sunday, homade :) spegetti and that's about it.

Well, being that I'm a heathen, I don't do the easter thing. Well, not in the churchy sense. We still get baskets and have dinner and all.

My wife and I are going to Midnight Mass (at 11pm no less) on Saturday because she and I have to work on Easter. I'm probably going to hang out with some friends at their new house and just chill for Easter since I have to work from 1am-5am Sunday morning...

The Easter egg hunt is on Saturday, but I just found out my baby has strep throat, so I'm not sure if I will take him. Hubby signed up for overtime on Easter, so I guess the kids and I will have our own celebration. Maybe if he is nice I will cook him something good, if not, I'll send him to his mom's for dinner.

yeah SE will be there ( I get holidays this year, BUT Sunday is her B-Day so she gets him, so we are both going we both get him ) ( he wants to ride in my car though :P )

off to pittsburgh in about 10mins to see my friend chris...belated bday, drinkin, eatin stylez...then home (central PA) for an easter egg hunt with the little cousins and then easter brunch/dinner on sunday...

Wow, this holiday sounds almost as dysfunctional as Christmas! :D

Luckily for my heathen ways, I'm not doing diddley squat, except for spring cleaning and chores. (And to everyone who said "That's all?!", the cleaning process involves much more than just tossing things into the closet. :P)

how about you give the afore mentioned nail in the head to the x....that seems to solve everything IMO.

Heh....I'm doing what Brew is doing...except 12 hours instead of 18.

I wish I could go to that pancake feed thing and meet a few your G|Aers. That would be kinda cool!
