interesting idea. a lot was implied/connoted there. it woulda gone over pretty well from the popular standpoint, but from the purist standpoint it would lose meaning and momentum. the casting seemed pretty well planned, too. each beatle seemed to be attached to a similar-to-life role, except lennon, who would have played his own political statement.

funny thing about the article tho...
