I think you can cancel really easy with this service. Also, I used a Amex giftcard and it worked, so it probably works also.

I tried it for a month and simply cancelled it from the web service page. The DVD selection is great and shipping is convenient. However, the delivery time is too long, 4 or 5 days one way. So it took about 10 days for renting a DVD. I would reconsider it again once they have faster devliery.

I live near San Jose, where they ship from and it only takes a couple of days.

Lately though, a lot of movies have been out of stock. I changed from the $20/month to $12/month service after my free month. For the lite service you only can have 2 movies at once as appossed to 4 with the regular service.
