Use coolbits: http://www.geforcefaq.com/faq.cgi#hw:gef:ovck:enable

Use powerstrip: http://www.entechtaiwan.com/ps.htm

NVmax was discontinued on 3/25 and is no long supported. The author wants to spend time doing another project.
