they are basically a place to go which will pay you for clicking on others's adds and filling out a survey or applying for a (sometimes) free service.
they have some really good deals, one is for the nextcard visa credit card. If you apply they will put $20 in your account at cybergold and you can have that money mailed in a check or put into a bank account or whatever. There are lots of those deals on this site.
