S: Ouch!!!

Unfortunatly I have some bad knees whick makes all sorts of noises they shouldn't (ask chef) and right now they are emitting some serious pain! I've been trying to sleep for three hours but the pain is just too much. :bawl: :(

yikes! No cartiledge? Arthritis? I hear ya about the knee noises though-take aleve..that always works for me..also,believe it or not that condroitin joint improver stuff really felt like it made a difference..but then again so did the vicodan I took along with it :)
