I tried to open an account with PayPal.com and to register a "Credit Card" using my webcertificate account at ecount.com I was referred by a friend who did _exactly_ the same 4 days ago.
But now PayPal says "Not a valid card"??!!
Do you think thay have banned webcert owners from service?
P.S. They did withdrew their verification $1 from my account!? And still the same - "not valid..." :-(((
