I am overclocking my athlon 800. Is there any reason for me to change either the core voltage or the i/o voltage? What do they do and what benefits would i get if they are adjustable?

So which of the two numbers (core or i/o) should i increase, i am running my 800 at 896, so any ideas on how much to increase the voltage as well would be appreciated.
