Just got a phone call from Staples about the HD/comp not credited yet?!!?

I just got a call from Staples this afternoon and the message said something along the lines of, "[I am calling about the hard drive you purchased and was wondering if it's been returned yet...]"

A Staples guy came to my door 2 days after it was delivered to pick it up... and did. How long ago WAS that?

I guess I need to pay more attention.... anyone else get this call?

yeah, this one was a pain in the ass. they came and picked it up the day after it was delivered. no credit after a few weeks so i called and they said it would be credited. a few more weeks later still no credit so i call again and get a message left for the manager. later that day manager calls and says she will credit it. a couple weeks later i get a credit for approximately $150 (and the hd only cost $133)
