I got this card as spare parts...with three 9G Seagate Baracudas. Adaptec's web site only has drivers for NT 3.51 and NT4. Win98se and Win2k don't have native drivers for the SCSI card or the "SCSI memory adapter"

Does anyone have any idea how I can use these?

Do I need windows drivers installed to use the disks? (want to run RAID 0 on them)

Any hacked drivers out there for adaptec stuff.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Well, as far as running it under W2K, you're probably going to be out of luck. The drives themselves are fine if you get a different controller for them.

Maybe (if you have one) set up a 2nd machine w/NT4 or perhaps Linux to use as a file server with this card. Doesn't need a fast CPU, as the limiting factor will be your RAID card.

I guess you're right. I was hoping there would be some hacked drivers out there. Oh well...at least the hard drives are good.
