I had very mixed results with NetFlix. On one hand, I think I didn't receive six movies. I don't know if that was due to their negligent shipping, or if it was a problem outside their organization. ON THE OTHER HAND, their customer service was both prompt and polite, so it's a toss up. One thing is that, due to shipping times, etc., you'll get about 4 movies out of them in the first free month.

I have had great luck with them. I have goteen the free month and received about eight so far. Their customer service is great and have had no problems so far. Plus as long as you can rent 6 movies a month it is cheaper than BlockBuster or Hollywood Video and they have not the newest movies but pretty current ones. I love it.

I got 12 the first month, but when I got the first four, I watched them that day and shipped them back the following day. That's probably why.

I've heard that there's a promotional code you can enter that lets you keep the service for less than 20 a month, i think it was around 12 or 15. Anybody got that code?
