Hey everyone!
Can anyone point me in the direction as to where is the best place to purchase a home theater system. I am leaning toward a Pioneer Dolby Digital DTS System (mf # HTP209) for $399 at Buy.com but there has to be a better deal out there, don't you think? If you know of a cheaper price &/or some coupons I could use with it that would be great! Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

Check out http://www.hifi.com you always get something free, and free shipping... plus if you list an old piece of stereo eq. on ebay, you get 50.00 off of any purchase of 250.00 or more...

This is the deal I was just about to do, until I got the urge to search for a deal that had a Dolby Digital Decoder built into the receiver. This deal from www.Hifi.com (http://www.Hifi.com) (Cambridge Ensamble IV):
http://www.hifi.com/consumer/hifi/default.asp?mainpage=product_category^prod_cat_the_sys&leftnavsec=4&cattab=4
includes an awesome system, and if you call them and tell them that you were hoping that the DVD player that you get for free that expired on June 30th was still an active deal, they will go and check with their manager and come back and say it will be ok and they will ship your product for FREE! So you get the whole system, a DVD player, and Shipping for 369.98, or you can Still get the DVD player and shipping if you buy the Desktop Theater system from Cambridge for $299.99. Only real differences between the two is that the DTT2500 (Desktop) is not Dolby Digital Ready and has only 2 input jacks, while the Cambridge ensamble IV is Dolby Digital ready and has many more input jacks for more plug in's. The Ensamble also comes with a remote. If I don't get a system that has a dolby digital decoder built in, then I am going with the Cambridge Ensamble IV & the FREE DVD player & the free shipping. He said I would have to decide by tomorrow (Thursday), but I am sure if you want to buy...they Will wait! Hope I helped some of you! Also, I know people who own both systems and they are great systems, just depends how much you want to plug into them, and for the price and what you are getting...you can not go wrong!

I am just trying to beat $399 on the Pioneer HTP209 Dolby Digital DTS Home Theater System.
