inkout.com and goink.com , never buy

never buy any printer supplies from inkout.com or goink.com. They are the same business, and one of the worst i have yet to run into. I ordered 4 ink cartridges on march 29th, they charged my credit card on march 30th, and i have not been able to contact them in any way since. i have sent emails, made phone calls, and left messages, but no response. Just a piece of advice for all gotapex members.
NEVER BUY FROM THESE GUYS! I am out about $25, so it was a learning experience. i plan to take some action soon, but what it will be i do not know.

have you disputed charges through your credit card company yet? That is the best way to take care of a situation when the company becomes unresponsive. They have more sway on a company than you do.

oh yeah.. and some printer companies won't even support you if you are not using their ink cartridges. yeah they maybe cheaper but when yur printer won't printer and u call up service and yell at them and tell them it won't print and they eventually narrow down the ink cartridge.. don't get all pissy, cos i bet yur printer would still be working if you used the ink cartridges u were supposed to..
