Please don't use this exact letter because it will look like I am writing this twice but here is a template should anyone want to get an idea of what they should write:

--------------------------------
First off, I am not sure what this companies real address is. I looked in Network Solutions database to find out that the technical, and administrative contacts for this are in Pennsylvania

Exodus Technologies, Inc.
P.O. Box 857
Worcester, PA 19490-0984
(215) 661-8740 (FAX) (215) 661-8750

This company promised that it would pay one's internet connection fee from an internet service provider every month in exchange for filling out personal marketing information surveys. They said that there would be an initial charge of $12 dollars (they hiked it up to $15 now) to sign up and that the reason this was the case was that supposedly people who pay for a service answer more honestly. Anyhow, to date nothing whatsoever has been paid but my credit card has been charged the fee and I have filled out 3 months worth of surveys. To make matters worse, the company sends out an email asking us to sign up for a service called paypal, a service that allows money to be electronically put from one persons account to anothers securely. The company says that it cannot, due to the demand, issue checks or credits to everyone but can only send the money electronically through this paypal service. Here is where it gets sticky: the url address they gave in their email is structured so that when you click it, it takes you to paypal's signup page and credits rhinopoint 5 dollars for the signup referral. It angers me that on top of all of their scams they want 5 more dollars made from me by signing up. Others I have talked to have signed up for this paypal and have still not received any electronic money transfers. I feel very duped and disgusted by the actions of this company and would like to see some action taken to stop them from any further harm. I am not interested in getting my fifteen dollars back so much as I would like to see internet scams come to an end.
