racist attacks in Cincinnati

Funny I never heard anything about this until today. Looks like the newsmedia didn't want to report it.

Yes there have been tensions between the black community (http://www.washtimes.com/national/20020413-37874836.htm) and police but in no way, shape or form are these justified racially motivated attacks justified.

The racist idiots who did this need to be slapped down hard. More likely they will be slapped on the wrist as usual.

Last year the same crap {racially motivated attacks} happened.

Good thing I am not there right now! Normally when I want to head downtown, I drive down Vine St. through "Over the Rhine", which is where all of this crap happened. A couple years ago, I walked through Over the Rhine with a camera taking pictures of some of the old buildings (there is a really neat theatre down there). A group of young kids came up to me and asked me if I was a cop. I was not the least bit scared, but after all of these "racist rallies", I definitely will not be going through there again! :(

heh, first time i've heard about racist mob out to get "whitey" like that. Heard about some **** in Hawaii though. they call it kill hawly day or something. basically where they go out, find a white guy and beat on him.

Man I am working here..there... errr in Cincinnati last summer and this summer (currently)....

I was on Vine street yesterday.... *sigh* always feel kinda weird giong down that street. I wonder if they are only racist against white or do they do that to asians... haha I sometimes laugh wondering if they noticed that I am from ny (NYC) and are not as bothered by thier stare downs... :shrug:

Hah, maybe so, I say they probably won't do it if it doesn't get any reaction, seems like human nature, you do things to get a reaction.
