This promotion is being held in order to enhance the
play of all our customers. We do require you to wager
the credits placed in your account (initial purchase +
promotional bonus) over the promotional period prior to
any cash ins.

This does not mean that you can't win with your
credits, only that you must wager at least this amount
before cashing in your winnings. For example, if you
wager 5 credits each on two hands of blackjack,
winning one and losing the other, your credit balance
won't change, and this counts as 10 credits wagered.

We apologize for any inconvenience but we are
required to take these steps due to abuse in the past.
Please be aware that all suspicious cash ins will be
audited before being processed.

Ok here is the only problem I can see with the casino. It is a Golden Palace Affiliate and they have been known to be very hard to get payment from. Not all people, just a few people have had trouble.

I myself will probably try it. What can I say...I am adicted. http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/smile.gif

Well ok I did go ahead and play. I deposited my $50 and called their support line (make sure you them them Operator 014) and got the bonus within 10 minutes. I didn't realize it was Mircogaming Software till I downloaded it. I seriously think they rig their blackjack games...I'm not the only one. Anyways I ended walking away with $213 ($163 minus my $50 deposit). I got lucky and played the scratch ticket and won $50 off of that. Of course I bet my $100 on roulette.

Oh ya...you know I still had to play a little blackjack (lost of course). http://www.gotapex.com/ubb/smile.gif

Good Luck!

Here is the deal. When you call, tell phil or dave (I really don't know what they were doing before I called) I said hi.

This is what Phil told me. You cash-in your credits. Then within 24-hours you will receive two e-mails.

1) Will acknowledge your withdrawl.
2) Will ask how you would like the fund dispursed.

IF, they deem that you account activity over the last 180 days is on the "shady" side you have two options for your money.

Option 1: Company check that will cost (you) $10.00 and take 2 - 6 weeks to arrive.
Option 2: Bank Wire that will cost (you) $15 and will take 15 days for the first time.

You may also choose to have the money FedEx'ed for an additional $35 added on top of the $10.

Choose wisely.

PS: niceman, everything is rigged on this site, not just black jack.

Don't do what my friend just did and not cover the 0. When I went it landed on 32 twice and 33 once.

Anyone use the roulette even/odd method and try to cash out yet?

OK, so I tried this deal . . . I was able to buy the initial $50 and get the bonus $100 easily . . . but I signed off after receiving the credits but before betting them. When I tried to sign back on, I was told that my account was locked. I called customer service to find out what the problem was and was told that it was because my billing address didn't match the address I'd submitted . . . (MAYBE I made a mistake, but I SERIOUSLY doubt it) . . . they said that it could be because my CC's server was down so it wasn't able to verify the address . . . leading to the mismatch.

In any case, when I spoke to customer service, they told me that in order to unlock my account, I needed to fax a copy of the front AND back of my credit card (which obviously includes my signature) to some fax number. Needless to say, I balked at that and refused to send it . . . instead I asked to speak with a manager. The manager told me that they would refund the initial $50 deposit to my account, but that it would take 5-7 days. It had better happen.

BTW-If PennyPinch sees this . . . yes, it's me . . . gimme a call damnit! haha

I actually got the 100 dollars added about 10 minutes after I called their number, but ended up losing my 50 dollar deposit.

There was no roulette and I swear their BJ game is rigged. Maybe I had a slow connection, but it would take about two seconds too long for the cards to show up.

Don't bet your initial deposit like I did on this one.

That's one thing I hate about these online casinos. I hate hearing people dropping REAL money into their systems. Though it is what keeps them alive, try not to put your own money! I hate to hear that they're tempting $100 for $50 bonus actually MAKES money for them. I know, it's easy to just say "screw it" I'm going to try and win the bonus money back with my originaly money, but try and stay strong! Don't let them get your hard earned money!

I hear you, the Casino on Net one was very tempting, being $100 or 200 up and having your initial $1000 coushion to try to win it back. I got pretty deep into my $1000, and luckilly didn't end up beind. But I leaned my lesson.

Casino on-line has been the best one yet. Many are getting little surprises with more money in their account (check daily).

Atlantic interbet (sp) was also good, you just have to wait 24 hours before you withdrawl your money. BUT you can do it as many times as you have credit cards.

Do you have to call up to get the $100 bonus or is it automatically put in your account once you deposit $50?

Hey, how's it going? I've been reading these forums for about a year now and this is my first post.

Well, so far I'll have to agree that they (Grand Online Casino/Star Online Casino) really indeed SUCK! Here's my experience with them:

First, I signed up and did the Black-Red-Green roulette thing with $72-on-Red, $72-on-Black, & $6-on-Green, and ended up with $144.

Then, I decided to try my luck and slapped 6 individual $5 bets on Boxes of Four (which pay off 9:1, but give you odds of winning of roughly 2:3), it came up 25-Red and I won $45 (but loss $30, so my net = +$15), but for some reason my balance dropped to $87.

Their stupid program screwed up! It didn't clear the table like it's supposed to after each round. It had left my previous bet on black and I lost it! I talked with the pitboss and he was saying that it was my fault because I failed to notice that their program made a mistake leaving my money there.

He said he'd go over the records and get back to me via email in two hours. However, he kept insisting that the burden of responsiblity rested on my end...so, he left me with the sinking feeling that even though their program screwed up, I'm gonna have to be the one that's gonna have to for it!

Folks, be careful with this one. If the program happens to screw up while you're playing, you too may be held responsible for your losses.

A few of my friends were gonna sign up right after me, but I suggested that they hold off till we see what resolution comes of this.

I'll keep everyone updated.

Mr. Funk you make a very good point.

EVERYONE JUST BE CAREFULL.

If you are in it for just the bonus money, make sure you c.y.a and get out as soon as you can. Also realize that you will loose a little with c.y.a, but rememeber you are still ahead.

I cashed out at $154 (I had bet at least 150 credits and still ended up here). Even with a $10 check fee, gaining $94 isnt bad at all.

Note: Play the scratchers. 1 otu of 3 would at least give me my money back but was usually a 5x winner!

if someone gets audited what is the worst that they can do? i mean, they cant take all my money can they? i was thinking i would do the roulette thing and then play some blackjack....yeah..thats what im gonna do..

INeedAVacation
06-30-2000, 09:30 PM
ok, i did it. I dowloaded, signed up and then did the roulette thing to "play" my $50. I played it and hade about $48 bucks left (I put a few on 0). Then I called up and said, "operator 014" and he said that they would credit my account in about 15 mins. While I was there I asked if I could play any game to count towards the total minimum amount to cash out with the bonus ($150) and he said EVERYTHING BUT CRAPS AND ROULETTE. About 5 mins later I checked my account, $100 bonus was in. (it shouldnt have been there if he was correct in saying that roulette didnt count). So, I did the roulette thing again and then cashed out with $152. I'll keep you all informed....

INeedAVacation
07-02-2000, 01:24 PM
I got an e-mail today saying that they transferred all the money that they could back onto my credit card ($50). I got another asking how I would like the remaining amount sent ($102). I asked for a regular chaeck which should take awhile, BUT the important thing is that I should not be getting any of this money because when I called the guy sai that roulette and craps dont count as "playing" the money...we'll see...

I still had an 87 Credit balance, but luckily I cached out early in the morning because I didn't have a good feeling about the way they were handling the situation. Now, I wonder how they "retrieved the bonus" when I cashed out the 87 Credits? Maybe, they're going to charge my credit card an additional amount and if that's the case I will contest the charge with my credit card.

Not only that, it looks like I'll probably never see the 72 Credits I lost due to their program's error.

This really sucks!

hey visual, no offense, but if they're such a scam why am I sitting on $170.00 in my pocket right now courtesy of casino-on-net?

FunkmasterT
07-05-2000, 10:22 AM
I wouldn't say they're ALL bad, come'on let's try to get beyong simple-minded, presumptuous thinking...you could miss out on a lot of things that way.

For example, I had an awesome experience with www.casino-on-net.com! (http://www.casino-on-net.com!) I tried the promotion early before they had the +10% on top of the 20% deal (damn, shoulda waited).

Anyway, I played the GotApex roulette strategy at first on my notebook, but somehow got disconnected and lost my $10 "insurance on green" bet. Freak, oh well, I'm not too greedy, d/l'ed and setup it up on my desktop and everything worked out fine, I wagering the required amount and ended up with a cool $180. Then, decided to play a bit more roulette and BJ, lost to $150 worked it up to $225, ended up with an even $200.

Then, withdrew the entire amount (winnings + deposit) and got email confirmations every step along the way. That was nice.

Yeah, that 5-day wait for cashouts is kind of irritating but I think they're just trying to save some folks additional cash advance fees, and it's a good thing too.

The next morning, I got the "urge" to play some more. Put my $200 winnings back in my bankroll and started off....losing! Went down to $60 on roulette! Then, had a turn of luck and went up to $700! Didn't cash out though, got greedy, lost it all down to $150. Then, built it up again, and lost it all again. After another 5 minutes of cycling back and forth, my greed got lucky and ended up with $1,025!

Cash-out time! Sure enough, got those confirmation emails, recording every transaction:

quote:

According to our records, you have cashout requests totalling $2,025.00 which are due for process.

The details of the refund(s) are as follows:

In addition, you will receive the following payment(s):

Please check with your credit card company to assure that
the refund has been credited (this may take a few days to
appear on your account), and let us know if there is any problem.

Got this email on 6-28, so hopefully I should be getting my check anytime now. Others have posted getting their checks, so that makes me feel better. I'll post as soon as I get mine.

Anyway, it probably isn't fair to judge all casino's cuz of your experience at one. I mean, my experience at Grand Online/Star really SUCKED and it's going to be such a waste of time making sure they don't bilk my credit card, but I'm still going to try others (after careful review & approval by Apex would help, of course)cuz' you never know, could mean an extra grand in your pocket.

good luck,

FMT

Brings the total to $340.00 free money. Thanks Casino-on-net! You Rock!

Casino-On-Net RULEZ!

Here's my update:

Got my check from them today! Saw this envelope from Cassava Enterprises Ltd. and inside was a PHAT check for $1,025.00!

They're awesome!

Still waiting to see what kind of crap Grand Online/Star Casino is going to deal out.

Keep you posted...
