View Full Version : Ahem...I finally modded my Ultra66 to Fasttrak...what about my Ultra100?

I got a nifty little Maxtor Ultra 100-it's actually a promise Ultra100. I'm wondering now if I can mod this card to turn it into the fasttrak 100.

Has anyone done this? Several posts on message boards talk about it, but none are as clear as the instructions for the ultra66 mods.

I'll prolly do it, since it would be really easy to replace my card if I fouled it up. Also, it gives me a good reason to upgrade my aged and lousy soldering iron to someone more beefy. :boxing:
