go to Program Manager

double click Accesories

Open NetMAP...
It is not installed in Win3.1 only 3.11, if you don't have 3.11 installed get out the 3.1 disks and add it

I wish I could post my network up here, but it's too big to fit.

It's only about 400+ locations around the world with circuits ranging from T-1 to OC-192/STM-64 depending on the region. We even have DWDM rings in several major cities in the U.S. and Europe. South America has been difficult lately because of the rebels in Columbia/Ecuador/Bolivia/Venezuela. They blew up a microwave tower that one of our DS3s was running over. We were lucky we had satellite links to handle the load, but it blew our latency all to hell. Damn rebels.

here is our setup. we have 8 people on it in our dorm, basically 1 switch per room, neighbors share switches. We can still play games when the crappy school network gets bogged down (they are still using 10Mbps hubs...)

You're kidding right? This looks nifty...but Win3.11? I wouldn't even know where I crammed the disks...FIVE HOME MOVES AGO.
