What operating system are you using? If you're using WinXP, you can use ICS (Internet Connection Sharing) on one computer to share the internet connection.

You could always go the hardware route and get a SMC 7004ABR Barricade Router (or similar). It has a firewall and print server built in. It has four connections, and you could always hook a switch/hub to it for more connections.

If you had a machine running Linux, this could be done with two LAN cards.

From Techdeals.net: http://www.computers4sure.com/product.asp?productid=107044

It's a D-Link DI-704 Cable/DSL Internet Gateway w/Built-in 4-Port Switch for $39.95 after a $30 rebate. There's even free shipping.

Actually CompUSA has the Siemens' router for $49.99 + tax after MIR! Too bad I already get the SMC Barricade otherwise I would get one. It comes with print server, NAT, and built-in firewall! You could also get the Siemens' NIC ($4.99 + tax after MIR) and 5-port 10/100 switch ($9.99 + tax after MIR). I just got the NIC and the switch!
