Mushkin and Corsair ship their high performance PC2100 DDR with heat spreaders since they're made for overclocking.

My suggestion...get Samsung! Samsung overclocks like a GOD and then you can install ramsinks. I've pushed a PC2100 stick of samsung to 176Mhz at cas2 settings...NOT cas2.5

mushkins have some cheap DDR right now 103 for a stick of 512 but its not that good for overclocking, so u might wanna get the one of the higherbrands :)

Samsung memory is the absolute best IMO. Samsung is one of the major suppliers of the chips used in crucial and others. Along with Hynx and some other tiawan companies.
