Unfortunatly I missed some parts of the movie...but it seemed to be pretty good.

Have any of you seen it? What are your thoughts on it?

Wasn't the film directed by Sophia Coppola (Francis Ford's daughter), the chick who just about ruined Godfather 3?

Yes. I believe it was her first. The movie had great cinematography, from what I remember. However I didn't see the whole thing yet.

let me be the first to chime in then....i saw the whole thing twice...it's a great flick...sopia definitely learned alot from her father. i'd give it 4 out of 5 stars in my book. bit mellow dramatic, but so well done...very dark, very disturbing...but a worthy rental..or purchase!

Great movie. Good choice of music to support key scenes and to set up atmospheres. A surreal and dreamy trip into the undefineable yet undeniably significant period of life that is puberty. Great Freshman effort. Now that you've reminded me, I think I'll watch it again once training is over.
