About time!.. but I've been hearing about the Matrix sequel for a long time already.. I was expecting it to come out this year :(

Actually it was because the spiderman movie was pushed back it is not going against star wars. They didn't want two New Line blockbusters out at the same time i believe.

I wish i had a military budget to spend on stuff i want... anyways it sounds awsome i absolutly loved the first and im shure the next two will be outstanding! :)

Nah, its smart I'd say. Not everyone will go out and watch two movies during a weekend. They want a big draw on opening weekend, to show that its a blockbuster hit, which will draw more people. And movies that compete will draw ticket sales from the other. The farther apart they open, the better it is. And also this helps the movie theaters so they can sustain the amount of people expected.
